In our society we don't prefer walking or joging. This generation is lazy because they don't adopt good habits from the society. If nearby they want to go they prefer on bike or car. They don't have a physique that they walk some distance. Thats the reasons there immune system is not working properly. They intake bad foods which will effect the health very badly. These people add morning walk in their daily routine because they know how much mornig walk is essential for the health.
How you can better your daily routine?
You can be fit if you can add some good meal in your diet you can sleep in the night. Also have 8 hour of sleep which is also the reqiurement of the body. Also in some fresh vegetables and fruits in the daily routine. Also go the gym if you can have a time. Add some morning walk in your daily routine. Also make a schduele of you daily routine which you can follow the whole day. Do your work on the time. If you can want good health or good fitness so hopely you want to follows all these things which can help you for a good fitness.
Fitness is very essential for the health. It makes the person younger and good looking. Fitness also increases self confidence in the person. Fitness also makes a man more attractable and good looking. Finess plays important role in in the old person. If they want to be fit they can increase their fitness goals and fitness routine. A person can be fit if they can doing their work according to their schdeule. A person can be fit if they have some good food in the meal. A person can be fit if they can can add some exercises in their routine. They doing their workout daily. They can go for a walk daily.

In the long term fitness also reduces the risk of differnt types oh health issues as the heart issues, different types of stress, diabetes and many more diseases which can help to decreses the risk of these diseases.
Fitness also depends on your fitness goals want do you want to do your fitness goals, your current level of fitness and how much you can need exercise to be fit.

For the strenthen of the muscles you can add more exercises according to your body condition. You can add exercise according to the muscle which you want to be grow. I also add some major tips to the muscle is that 48 to 72 hours is required for a recovery of a normal muscles. If you diet is too good then the time is decreases according to your meals. In muscles strengthen you can intake large amount of protein in your daily diet. This plays a major role in the growth of your muscles.
But how much exercise is too much? You should expect a little muscle soreness after workouts, especially in the beginning. But if you find that your body is simply not recovering between workouts, you may be overtraining. Remember that seniors need more recovery time than younger people. With the exception of “welcome” muscle soreness, an exercise program should make you feel good. If it doesn’t, you’re probably overdoing it. That doesn’t mean you should quit, only that you should dial back the intensity or frequency of your workouts until you hit the “sweet spot” in which you’ve “tired out” your body but then recovered enough to tackle your next session with enthusiasm.
